The Site presents In Nomine Mortis, an original series produced by Birdseed Studios, together with related media, artwork, lore, newsletter sign-up, and links to our channels and partners. Content is provided for your personal, non-commercial enjoyment and information.
In Nomine Mortis, the world of Omner, and all associated characters, names, stories, dialogue, artwork, still images, audio, music, logos, wordmarks, and trademarks are owned by Birdseed Studios and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. All rights are reserved except as expressly stated.
You may view the Site and share links to our published pages and videos for personal, non-commercial purposes. Press and editorial outlets may use materials expressly marked for press use (for example, key art on our press page) with attribution to Birdseed Studios. You may not otherwise copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly perform, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written permission.
The visuals, performances, voices, and score of In Nomine Mortis are produced using AI generative tools under the direction of the creator. The underlying world, story, characters, and dialogue are original works authored by Birdseed Studios, and the finished works are owned by Birdseed Studios.
You agree not to: (a) use the Site for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems; (c) scrape, harvest, or bulk-download content except as permitted for press use; (d) misrepresent your affiliation with Birdseed Studios; or (e) interfere with the operation or security of the Site.
The Site and our channels contain links to third-party websites, platforms, and tools that we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, terms, or privacy practices; your use of them is governed by their own terms.
Some outbound links are affiliate links. If you sign up for or purchase a product or service through one of these links, Birdseed Studios may earn a commission at no additional cost to you.
If you subscribe to our newsletter (“the Dispatch”), you consent to receive email from us. Subscriptions are handled through our third-party email provider. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.
We collect the email address you provide when you subscribe, and standard, non-identifying analytics about Site usage. We use this information to operate the Site and send the content you requested. These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Birdseed Studios is organized, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
